I truly believe my purpose is to empower individuals to take control of their gut healing journey, so they can feel their best, regain confidence, and live life without digestive discomfort holding them back.

Hello and welcome,

I’m Darcy, a Dietitian Consultant Specialising in Gastrointestinal health, with extensive experience in supporting women who struggle with digestive issues at all stages of life.

I bring a wealth of experience and expertise, having worked across several leading NHS trusts, including Barts Health NHS Trust and Imperial College Healthcare Trust. I graduated from King’s College London, where I built and refined my foundation in dietetics, and I take pride in continuously expanding my research in the field of inflammatory bowel disease.

In the early stages of my career, I worked as a women’s health nutritionist and fitness coach, equipping me with a unique skill set that I bring to each consultation. This combination allows me to take a holistic and tailored approach to your gut health journey.

I am a HCPC registered dietitian and member of the British Dietetic Association.

Regardless of the complexity of your symptoms, I am dedicated to thoroughly understanding your unique needs and creating a personalised, evidence-based plan for you. Together, we’ll set realistic, achievable goals that empower you to restore your digestive challenges and feel like yourself again.

Services

Coeliac Disease

Managing coeliac disease requires more than just avoiding gluten—I provide expert dietetic support to ensure a nutritionally complete, symptom-free gluten-free diet. Whether you're newly diagnosed, experiencing ongoing symptoms, or just seeking reassurance.

Irritable bowel disease (IBS)

IBS can be frustrating and unpredictable, but the right dietary approach can make a world of difference. I offer personalized strategies to identify and manage trigger foods, including guidance on the low FODMAP diet, gut-brain connection, and mindful eating practices.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

Diet is key in managing Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, helping to reduce inflammation, control symptoms, and maintain remission. I offer evidence-based nutrition strategies to support mucosal healing, nutrient deficiencies, identify trigger foods, and support your gut health at every stage of your condition.

Colorectal and pelvic floor

Your pelvic floor and gut health are closely linked, and the right nutrition and movement can improve issues like constipation, incontinence, and rectal prolapse. I provide specialist dietary support for bowel regularity, gut motility, and stoma care, helping with hydration, nutrient absorption, and post-surgery recovery.
